Looks like right now you would do it from the ellipsis menu > Report > And then select Data Refresh as the type, adding in some comments. I haven’t tried this yet, though. Previously we could trigger it ourselves, which was great for us, but might have been costly to Trakt, I don’t know.

Yes I did find this, but it seams no one is working on this reports right now. I have several report cases on shows, that are open for days and weeks. And those shows were updated automatically already but noone closed that cases.
