Lock Watched State and Collection

Feature Request

From time to time I miss some data like watched states and / or collection dates. The backup files do help, but it would be nice to hard lock some data or have a second layer of security before deleting some data.

    Interesting idea.

    Maybe a protection in case of a 3rd party app start mass deleting/removing information (could be a user error or an app error)?!
