Bring Custom Order of Lists into v3

Feature Request

The custom order that I've set for lists is not respected in v3 and cannot be edited. I don't want lists that are being updated automatically by some external service to always be displayed on top. I've thoughtfully organized my list order so that I can access my lists efficiently.

    Quick heads up: this has been implemented and merged in trakt-web #2715. My Lists now supports custom ordering and an explicit reorder workflow, so we’re closing this as completed. Thanks for the feedback!
